Mounting bracket broke

Remove the crisper drawer for room to work, locate the two mounting holes at the top, front of the shelf, insert the plastic hinge pin on the outside wall side. Holding the front(cover0 in one hand, reach under the cover with your other hand, grasp the second hinge pin and move it to the insert position. Track for Vegetable drawer cracked off at the end causing drawer to drop rather than slide out.

Lower shelf frame lifted right off w/o the use of any tools. Removed both drawer cover fronts.The glass shelf which sits on top of frame over time will tend to stick to shelf frame. Running Hot water over glass dissolved stickiness and glass separated easily.Do Not try and pry apart if it seems stuck to shelf frame!. It may crack!. Cleaned all parts, and replaced both drawer front covers. Put shelf frame back in on shelf holder. Done. Approx.20 minute repair w/o any problems. Read more...

Drawer Roller

This part is sold individually. This part is white plastic on the outside and metal on the interior, with a hole in the middle. The roller assembly is found in your refrigerator. You will find this part on the frame in between the two drawers. This part allows the crisper drawer to slide with ease back and forth. You may notice that your drawer is not opening smoothly and this may be due to the wear and tear of the roller assembly. It is common for rollers to wear out at the same speed so we suggest replacing all the rollers at the same time.
